## Affected machines
This bulletin covers the **Mahindra-branded portion** of the April 11, 2024 CPSC recall. The Intimidator-branded portion is covered separately in **TNB02600087** — same defect family, sister bulletin.
Mahindra UTVs are **private-labeled by Intimidator LLC** in Batesville, Arkansas, and distributed in the US by Mahindra USA. The shared chassis and drivetrain mean the Mahindra-branded UTVs are subject to the same universal joint brake-line failure mode as their Intimidator-branded counterparts.
The UTVs were sold in a variety of colors. **"Mahindra"** is displayed on the front grill, and the model series is printed on the rear-side panels. The serial number is on a label inside the **glove box**, inside the **hood compartment**, and **below the driver's seat**.

### Reported field incidents at recall time
The 40 incident reports and 12 brake-line-impact reports in the original CPSC notice reflect **combined Intimidator + Mahindra** field data — CPSC did not break out the brand-level breakdown.
## What to do
1. Find the **serial number on a label inside the glove box, inside the hood compartment, or below the driver's seat**.
