CPSC recall 19-713 (November 7, 2018) covers about 121,063 Kubota machines (across BX, GR, ZD, ZG model lines) built between July 2014 and August 2018. The coolant reservoir tank cap can be blocked, and under an overheat condition hot coolant can be expelled, posing a burn hazard. Three burn injuries had been reported by the time of recall. This bulletin covers the ZD diesel commercial zero-turn and ZG diesel commercial zero-turn variants of the recall. Owners should immediately stop using affected mowers and contact Kubota for a free replacement coolant reservoir tank cap.

## Issue
The coolant reservoir tank cap can be blocked. Under an engine overheat condition, the cap fails to vent properly and the over-pressurized tank expels hot coolant, which can spray onto the operator and cause burn injuries.
Reported field incidents at time of recall:
- Three burn injuries from expelled coolant (CPSC notice; Kubota's own notice cites two confirmed plus a possible third)
- ~121,063 total units recalled across all four product lines
## What to do
1. Check your machine's model and serial number against the tables above.
2. If your machine is in scope, **stop using it immediately**.
3. Contact Kubota Tractor Corporation at (888) 458-2682 (888-4KUBOTA) Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT to receive a **free replacement coolant reservoir tank cap**.
4. In the interim, the unit can be taken to an authorized Kubota dealer for a free repair of the cap.
5. Kubota was contacting all known purchasers directly at the time of recall.

## Library notes
This bulletin is intentionally separate from TNB02600007 (the BX-scoped variant) so each bulletin's title and body match the equipment category an owner is reading about. Both bulletins reference the same CPSC recall (19-713) and remedy.
The ZD221, ZD323-60, ZD326S-60, ZD326P-60, ZD326HL-72, ZD326RP-60R, ZD331RP-60R, ZD1021-60, ZD1211L-72, ZD1211R-60R, ZD1211RL-72R, ZG332LP, and ZG332P-60 rows are added in this same migration.
Note: ZG227-60 and ZG327P-60 are NOT attached to this bulletin. They are not part of CPSC 19-713 — they appear in a separate Kubota T/GR/ZG fuel hose clamp campaign (see TNB02600019).
Important: TractorNuity makes a best effort to track known defects and concerns via publicly available data. TractorNuity's ownership group however does not have relationships with manufactures to be alerted to defects as they are identified. Regular maintenance and safe operation of any equipment is always the sole responsibility of the operator.
